Once upon a time, there lived two friends named Ram and Krish. They were the best of friends.
One day, when they were at school, Ram sat next to Krish. In the fifth period, their Math teacher gave them a surprise test.
Ram was not prepared for it. So, Ram was terrified.
When the test started, Ram copied the answers from Krish. He knew it was a bad thing, but he had to do it.
When the test ended, Ram was sad. When Krish saw him, he asked, “Ram, why are you sad?”
Ram did not say anything. But when Krish asked him again, he replied, “I am sorry, Krish!”
“Why are you sorry, Ram?” Krish asked.
“Because I copied from you,” said Ram while crying.
“Why did you copy from me?” Krish asked. “Didn’t you do the revision that Ma’am had asked us to do last week?”
“No Krish,” Ram replied.
“Copying from others is not a good thing, Ram,” Krish said. “You may get good marks, but that will not make you proud of yourself because it was someone else’s hard work.”
Ram realized his mistake and again said sorry to Krish.
Krish hugged him. After all, they were the best of friends.
